Moving to 麻豆传媒高清 and adjusting as an out-of-state student. Balancing academics and being a Division 1 athlete. Working while in school (including managing multiple roles like event management and professional cheer instruction). How my experiences in psychology and research have shaped my approach to HR and data-driven decision-making. Managing an honors workload as a student in psychology and business, and transitioning to an MBA program.
Why I choose OSU: 
I chose OSU because of its strong academic and athletic programs. As a Division-1 cheer athlete, I valued the opportunity to represent the school in athletics while pursuing an interactive and well-rounded business education. OSU鈥檚 MBA program stood out for its flexibility and focus on practical, real-world learning, particularly in HR, which perfectly aligns with my passion for creating supportive and dynamic workplace environments.
